Pricing for services is subject to change. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem purchased service(s). To prepay after you've left your appointment, please contact us with the items and quantities you'd like to purchase. We do not accept returns on skincare products unopened, opened or used products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. Prepayments for services are refundable within 7 days of purchase. PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL at the time of service. If an individual purchases a package of services, payment is due in full for the package amount at the time of the initial service being rendered. By signing, I agree with the above statement. There are no refunds on package prices. Should I choose to request a refund on unused services, I would be responsible for payment of the services at a non-package price. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of $100 (one hundred dollars). To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 (forty eight) hours prior to your appointment. No show or late cancel less than 48 hours is subject to $100 no show/late cancel fee.
